If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit coupon and email you this code. You will receive the credit code via email within 1-2 business days. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
If you item shows delivered by delivery company but you didn’t receive it. You have 10 calendar days from the day it shows delivered to inform us so we may open a investigation with the delivery company. If you contact us after those 10 calendar days we will not open a investigation or replace your items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that credit.
